Infrastructure Engineer/Transport Engineer (Senior and Junior Position) – Jakarta Raya
Job Requirements: - Good knowledge of Data communication concept (LAN/WAN/TCP/IP)
- Have a basic knowledge of Digital transmission
- Have a basic knowledge of SDH and DWDM concept
- Familiar with computer and their operation
- Familiar with Optical Transmission Network
- Good communications skills
- Having good communication skills in both English and Indonesia

Job Description and Responsibilities: - Perform installation, configuration of all hardware in Telecommunication infrastructure
- Provide technical support & troubleshooting for clients
- Provide standby services for clients when required
- Maintain proper documentation of all installation, modification and troubleshooting conducted
- Provide telephone and on-site support, including periodic 7×24 duty.
- Independently troubleshoot complex technical problems and escalate to vendors as necessary.
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) to both customer and internally within Lintas in resolving problems and proposing technical alternatives.
- Lead important projects and provide other team members with instruction an guidance (Senior Network Engineer)
- Provide customer training as needed.
