Summary of Role

We are looking for a Print Operator within our Warehouse Site. The job purpose is to print and distribute print output to the warehouse community. The role involves working various shifts (7 days a week, including early mornings and weekends) in a busy office environment, delivering print output to strict deadlines.

This is a part time role totalling 18 hours per week worked over two days.
Thursday 05:30hrs to 18:30 hrs
Friday 12:00hrs to 18:30 hrs

Responsibilities
 
Print and collate listing reports and Directory customer orders.
Manipulate and prioritise workloads.
Liase with warehouse management and supervisors.
Ensuring work is delivered to established service levels.
Escalation of problems and reporting of faults in a timely fashion.
Maintain and control stock levels.
Provide out of hours support.
Responsible for the maintenance of the printers and the office environment, with particular attention to Health and Safety procedures.

Summary of role
 
Co-ordinate and assist with Home and Childrenswear product sample requirements for the Press Office and also any additional Brand Marketing Activity.
 
Responsibilities
 
This is an exciting opportunity to support the PR Department at Head Office. 
 
As Press Sample Co-ordinator you will:-
 
Work closely with the Home product teams and the London Press Office to maximise all PR opportunities with the home furnishing press.
Source and obtain all new home products to meet the needs of the Press Office.
Organise home and childrenswear press samples for quarterly press launches held in London. 
React quickly to additional press sample requests from the Press Office for the press.
Have a clear understanding of the buying and manufacturing process in order to ensure that sample delivery schedules are maintained.
Assist with sample requirements on other press or marketing projects.
