Summry of Role

Next is looking to recruit an Assistant Studio Manager to support management of Next Still Life shoots across our two sites in Leicester and London. You will be required to be flexible to travel between the two sites and provide assistance to the Studio Manager with the running and overall operational responsibility for the studios. Overseeing workload and scheduling by liaising with relevant departments and maintaining good communication with Marketing, E-Commerce, product teams and the studios to ensure effective delivery of images in line with business timescales. Other responsibilities will include, organising photo shoots, management and coordination of our in-house studio equipment and teams, as well as freelance staff. Working closely with the Digital Photographer to ensure that products are photographed to the required standards and within agreed timescales.

Next is looking to add a User Experience Business Analyst to our expanding eCommerce Marketing team based in Enderby, Leicestershire.
Working with the eCommerce Systems Team, the Business Analyst will product manage by setting development priorities and ensure agreed deadlines for new designs and updates; by providing analysis of planned future developments of websites; providing accurate process mapping and design flows to meet the commercial brand requirements.
To ensure next.co.uk and all our family of websites continue to exceed customer expectations by remaining up to date in regards to competitor activity and new technology to allow the transition of new and commercial ideas to adapt to improve the users experience of the Next family of websites.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate digital web experience, preferably in a retail or agency environment as well as an understanding of the software development lifecycle. Some exposure to business analysis techniques would be beneficial.

The successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail and be able to look at problems from a technical, commercial, and digital view in order to be able to present sound business solutions.
