Summary Of Role

Customer Service Management Team handle all escalated customer complaints and provide a specialist service to customers who have either called or written to us.

Customer Service Management Team handle a wide variety of service, operational and product related complaints and have the facility to investigate and completely resolve each case.

As a Letter Writer you will be working as one of a team, responding to letters and emails in the 'new style' of writing which is more conversational and less formal than the style used previously.

Feedback we've received from our team tells us that they love the opportunity to look into and sort out a wide variety of issues. The job brings great job satisfaction as they can make a real difference to how customers feel about Next and can turn a poor experience into a very positive one.
