0021164 - E-Commerce Marketing Executive (Email & Display Advertising) Posted: 27 Jul 2010 05:00 PM PDT Closing Date: 07 Sep 2010 Salary: £22332 - £27999 p/a To implement and monitor the email marketing and online display advertising campaigns for the Next family of websites. Marketing activities will include email campaigns and display advertising. Day to day responsibilities will include the briefing of creative agencies and development campaigns to ensure full optimisation with media agencies.   Responsibilities General Marketing   Assistance to the Marketing Manager in all aspects of the role including reporting, projects, covering meetings, plus additional responsibilities including QA, and other ad-hoc tasks as required. Report on e-marketing activities to feed in to the Next Directory developing e-marketing strategy. Assist team to profitably increase traffic to the Next Directory websites. Work with marketing, product, content and other teams on maximising their online presence and revenue generation opportunities. Develop with Ecommerce Marketing Manager and other teams an annual campaign calendar. Always delivers to standard and often exceeds expectations.   Audience Measurement/Reporting   Assess through web stats analysis the performance of our websites systems and the success rates for our customers. Learns how to assess email and display activity. Reporting on and application of online marketing tracking system. Provision of custom reports to individual team requirements as and when required. Seeks new ways to measure and monitor our customers.   Database management   Assist with the selections from core in-house database for the broadcast of emails. Seeks to develop new opportunities for capture of appropriate and added value email data
