EHS OFFICER

Requirements:

• Candidate should possess at least a poly-technique or college degree in environmental, health & safety or other technically/scientifically related Engineering fields.
  
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field in commercial or manufacturing environment
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels in English and local language/s
  
• Must have high integrity and be able to perform well under pressure
  
• Basic knowledge with ISO management systems such as ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
  

Key responsibility:

• To support EHS Manager to ensure that requirements for the EMS are established, implemented and maintained according to the group main principles.
  
• To administrate and maintain the policies/procedures/records and minutes as per the company and ISO standards requirements.
  
• To collect and enter the incident/near misses/NC reports into the system
  
• To assist the EHS manager to investigate the incidents/NM/NC and take the appropriate actions
  
• To support EHS Manager in improving the performance of the EMS
  
• To support EHS Manager in conducting the regular EHS inspections and EHS talks with the employees
  
• To Support EHS Manager in organizing EHS promotional activities, conducting
  
• EHS training, develop and implementing EHS programs on continued basis for
  
• EHS improvement
  
• This position requires some travel within the country and occasional travel to few areas within the Asia-Pacific and China region.
