Lowongan Kerja Community Development Supervisor

PT Indo Multi Niaga, a mineral mining company, now in its exploration stage in Banyuwangi area, opening vacancies to Banyuwangi resident or person who are willing to relocate to Banyuwangi, with the following positions and requirements :

Community Development Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Facilitating community development management processes, i.e. planning, organizing, supervising, monitoring and evaluating programs
  
• Implementation of social, economic and cultural studies or surveys.
  
• Identifying needs for community development and empowerment
  
• Developing a Community Relations Investment Plan and its implementation.
  
• Assess, identify and establish the most appropriate system for community development and empowerment.
  
• Conduct training to community development and empowerment program participants, individually and/or in groups
  
• Maintains good relationship with external related parties, such as government and non-government organizations from the Kecamatan down below, and with community groups or associations.

Job requirements:

• Diploma III or S1 in relevant social science most preferably in communications, government administration, development studies
  
• A minimum 6 years experience in similar positions particularly with mining industry Reasonable knowledge on land’s laws and regulations related to mining, environment, local government, forestry and land affairs
• Experienced in facilitating and leading communication activities with both local non-government
  
• Experienced in facilitating and leading communication activities with both local non-governmental organizations and community organizations
  
• Excellent interpersonal and public communication skills
  
• Experienced in facilitating and leading communication activities with both local non-governmental organizations and community organizations
  
• Be fair and honest in all dealings through being up front and honest, give credit where credit is due and act for the good of the team
  
• Good skill of problem solving
  
• High ability of reporting both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  
• Able to speak English
