Community Relations Superintendent

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering (Civil), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s) : good communication and interpersonal skills, good knowledge of local communities culture.
• Required language(s) : English.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in community relations in remote area.
• Applicants should hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably specializing in Corporate Affairs and Communications or equivalent.

Design Manager
Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s) : Civil design skills, good interpersonal and managerial skills.
• Required language(s) : English.
• At least 15 year(s) of working experience in engineering consultant and construction project.
• Applicants should hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably specializing in Engineering or equivalent.

Contract Engineer
Requirement:

• Must Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Discipline
• Minimum 5 years experienced in related fields.
• Certified quantity surveyor / engineer.
• Experienced in contracts administration.
• Computer literate.
• Fluent English - oral & written.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Attention to details. Highly motivated & able to work under minimum supervision.
• Team player & good communication skills.

Contract Specialist / Legal Counsel
Requirement :

• Must Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree of Law
• Minimum of three (3) years experience practicing in the areas of commercial law and contract drafting.
• Ability to provide practical legal advice to senior management, tender and project teams.
• Ability to advise on and participate in contract negotiations and administration, claims handling and dispute resolution process.
• Ability to offer commercially oriented solutions and negotiate towards successful outcomes.
• Ability to review and draft agreements such as Construction Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding, Settlement and Release Agreements and Confidentiality Agreements.
• Liaising and managing external legal service providers.

Project Cost Control
Requirement :

• Must Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting
• Minimum 2 years experienced in cost control / project reporting/accounting.
• Excellent communication skills - spoken, written, & presentation.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office.
• Excellent business analysis skills.

Senior Project Planner/ Scheduler
Requirement :

• Must Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering discipline
• Having 5 (five) years working experience in related fields.
• Proven experienced as a Planning Engineer.
• Fluent English - both oral & written.
• Computer literate.
• Willing to work extended hours to meet project requirements.
• Team player & good communication skills.
