The company operates one of South East Asia's largest minerals laboratories, one of its site laboratory is located in Gosowong, Halmahera Utara, Indonesia, and currently is seeking candidate to fill the position below with good character as a

Trainee Manager
Requirements:

• At least 8 years of working experience in the minerals laboratory or related industrial area and gained skill and knowledge of managing or supervising people.
• Candidate possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Chemistry or equivalent experience as a senior chemist.
• Good understanding of minerals lab process and services.
• Good personal as well as excellent written and oral communication skills to liaise with external organization, and customer.
• Discipline and team work.
• Computer literate and good command of English.
• Required skill(s) : ISO 17025, HSE, experience in Laboratory is an advantage.
• Willing to be placed in remote site area (Gosowong, Halmahera Utara).
