Main requirements :

• Min. 5 years of trading fertilizers experience for manager position
• Min. 3 years of trading fertilizers experience for supervisor position
• Min. 3 years of trading fertilizers experience for staff position
• Min. S1 majoring in business background from reputable university
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Mandarin is advantage
• Able to work under pressure, independtly, good organizational, discipline, analytical, administrative, selling & communication skill
• Strong in business sense, negotiation skills, have leadership abilities, result oriented, self motivated and hard working person
• Have strong sense of network
